Allegedly, a high school assistant football coach has asked two of his players to purposely to tackle the referee.

A letter from Principal Harris reveals the John Jay High School assistant football coach Mack Breed told the players to target the ref on the September 4th game because he had heard the official use racial terms.

These 2 players were then in hot water.  Sophomore Victor Rojas, 15, and senior Michael Moreno, 17, will be facing disciplinary hearings and have been took off of the the team.have been suspended from the team. Breed is supposedly going to be attending Thursday’s session on ESPN.

On this subject, I believe that was extremely uncalled for. If Breed had a problem with him then he should have been a man about it, and talked to him face to face. Now 2 students are paying the price of what he told them to do.

This event does not affect me, but it may, however, affect Texas’ look on the sport. It also affects the two families, and the schools.
